Design & Sign a Contract
We translate your vision into plans and lock in the agreement.
Our design team develops detailed 2D/3D plans, material schedules, and HOA submission documentation so you can see your space before we build. Once the design is approved, we present an all-inclusive contract with transparent scope, timeline, and material specifications — no hidden contingencies. You sign, and we get to work.
Agree & Talk Scheduling
We align on dates, milestones, and access before breaking ground.
With the contract signed, we confirm start dates, key milestones, and site access logistics together. You'll know exactly when materials arrive, when each phase begins, and what to expect day to day — so there are no surprises once construction starts.
Build the Project
Licensed master craftsmen execute every detail on-site.
Our licensed crew executes grading, concrete pouring, hardscape masonry, lighting, turf, and planting with daily project oversight. From the first pour to the final finish, every element is built to ALVO's architectural standard of quality and permanence.
Walkthrough & Delivery
A final inspection ensures every edge, joint, and light is right.
Before we hand over the keys to your new outdoor space, we do a comprehensive client walkthrough together. Every joint, finish, light, and edge is checked against our rigorous quality standards. We deliver a space that's ready to live in — and built to last.
