Our design team creates a detailed landscape plan tailored to your property and vision. We select materials, finalize layouts, and prepare a clear, itemized proposal so there are no surprises. You'll see exactly what your space will become before any work begins.
Once the design is finalized, you'll receive a clear proposal with a full scope of work, timeline, and milestone-based payment schedule. We walk you through every detail so you feel confident before signing off.
We prepare your site and get to work. This includes demolition of existing structures if needed, grading, drainage, and utility marking — followed by full construction. From hardscaping to planting, every element is installed with precision. You'll receive regular updates and your project manager is available throughout the build.
Before we call it done, our team performs a thorough quality inspection — every paver, plant, and light is checked against the approved design. Then we walk through the finished project with you, explain maintenance care, and make sure you're 100% satisfied.
